Ashley DuBose’s debut album, Somethin’ More, was released in May 2012. A year later, Ashley teamed up with two wonderful guitarists and the original producer, Jimmy Easy, to create this acoustic, one-take recording. Somethin’ More Acoustic was created with the intent of revamping the great originals in a live, organic, and soulful manner and with the hope that the listener will perceive it as such.

With influences ranging from India Arie to Alanis Morissette, Ashley’s musical style is eclectic, soulful, and refreshingly unique. Ashley is also a mother who holds a degree in Mathematics and works as a full-time IT professional.
