We saw it last month- T-Pain actually singing music sans vocoder. Or even earlier this year, we brought you a segment from Andre 3000 on the radio show Mic Check. It is now being revealed that this is only part and parcel to a larger effort on the behalf of NPR to incorporate more hip hop into their rotation and features.
