Love and soul are synonymous terms because of Al Green! We cannot imagine what life, love, and music would mean without the consummate performer that is Al Green. In addition to the great depth of contribution he has made to soul music, he is also a venerated gospel musician and reverend. (And, not to mention the influence he has had on politics, specifically on President Obama!) Today is his 67th birthday and we at soulhead want to wish him a happy, happy, day!
