Yes, they most definitely can.

Currently riding the celebratory waves of their 1990 debut album People’s Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm’s 25th anniversary, the original members of A Tribe Called Quest shared the “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” stage last night for a special reunion performance. Thrillingly backed by the legendary house band The Roots, Q-Tip, Phife Dawg, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and Jarobi blessed the in-studio audience and viewers at home with a sparkling, nuanced rendition of their classic track “Can I Kick It?”

Cole’s reimagining of “Can I Kick It?” Next month, the Get On Down record label unveils a limited edition 45s Box Set “vinyl companion piece” comprised of eight 7-inch singles on black vinyl.
